Shipping & In-store Pickup

Domestic U.S. Shipping

Order will ship within 1-2 days of payment completed, though most will ship within 24 hours during business weekdays.

We do not ship on weekends or various national holidays.

High-value orders will require signature confirmation!

Pre-Order items will ship once the merchandise arrive in our warehouse. If there's no shipment notification then that mean we don't have it yet, hence "Pre-Order". 

Most orders will be shipped via USPS; however some orders (usually heavy weight) may be shipped via FedEx or UPS at our sole discretion. 

USPS First Class Mail - 3-7 business days (delays may occur during Oct-Dec due to Holiday Rush)

USPS Priority Mail - 1-3 business days (delays may occur during Oct-Dec due to Holiday Rush)

IMPORTANT: For domestic orders, USPS shipments of high value will require a signature for delivery in order to protect our customers from fraud and theft.

International Shipping

  • IF YOU HAVE TIME-SENSITIVE NEEDS FOR A PRODUCT, PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE USPS INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT OPTION. IT MAY TAKE 8 WEEKS OR MORE FOR TRANSIT. PLEASE EMAIL US AFTER 8 WEEKS IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVE YOUR ITEM AND WE WILL LOOK INTO THE SHIPMENT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DELAYS. ECONOMY U.S. INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES ARE NOT 'REAL TIME' TRACEABLE ONCE THEY LEAVE THE U.S.
  • Import duties, taxes (VAT) and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
  • These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

     

    IN-STORE PICKUP

    Customer will be contacted via text/e-mail once the order is ready for pickup (1-3 business days after all the items are available). Please give us a call at 626-598-4297 before heading over to make sure we are open that day. Order will be considered abandoned after 3 months.

    Funko POPs pre-orders will be available for pickup after customer receive a confirmation from us that their pre-orders has arrived at our store.

    Balloon orders placed online does NOT include helium (helium can be purchase at our store for an additional fee). Balloons will not be inflated until helium are purchased and paid.
