PRODUCTS PURCHASED AT ANY OUTDOOR EVENTS IN-PERSON ARE ALL FINAL SALE. IT CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN FOR REFUND FOR THOSE ITEMS.
We welcome unopened/unused returns for an exchange/refund within 30 days of delivery. Any Funko POPs with a Chase variant, blind bag keychains, mystery keychains or boxes will be final sale and no returns will be accepted. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Any unauthorized returns will not be honored. We hope this helped, please message/call us at any time!
Returns and refunds will take 3-14 business days (business days doesn't include weekends and holidays) to process. Any orders over 90 days is non-refundable and will only be issued store credit only.
